I am so happy with the way this card turned out!! I was worried it was going to be to busy but I think it all came together in the end!

The stamped the image on watercolor paper using jet black ink and colored it with Prismacolor Markers. The BG is a Snowflake stamped randomly with Pacific Point Ink. I used lily white flock on the penguin hats and stickles on the lights. The DP is Let It Snow and Snow Day by Reminisce. The finishing touches are Hero Arts Gemstones in the corners and White Ribbon.

Made this card for last weeks Color Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  I stamped the image on Watercolor Paper and colored it with Prisma Pencils and Baby Oil (IMO…works just as well as Gamsol w/o the chemicals).
